Im updating my previous rating from 3 Stars to 5 Stars.
Yes, I found the app a little confusing to set up initially.
Reality, I called the Calgary Parking Authority (CPA) office and they we great at helping set it up.
Yes, I believed I could only register one vehicle with the app.
Reality, one can definitely register more than one vehicle plate with the app. Call the CPA if you dont know how.
Yes, I believed that every usage had a $1.00 service charge above and beyond the cost of parking. I used the app anyway and sucked it up (the cost of doing business)
Reality, $1.00 is the minimum spend and is included in the cost of parking, not an additional service charge above and beyond the cost of parking. I figured it out by emailing the CPA and asking (nicely) for more clarity. They have another great reason which I support as well - if you want to know, then make the call.
Yes, there are a lot of negative reviews...
Reality, thats because people havent taken the time to call, ask questions and gain the same clarity.
Yes, the registration process is clunky thus they deserve 4 stars.
Reality, they havent throat punched all the people who gave rude and disrespectful reviews thus they earn an extra Star from me ;-)

Ive been using the previous park plus app for some time and resisted switching to this app based on all the negative reviews.
Now that the previous app is no longer available I had to start using this one.
Setting up this app is a bit confusing from the start, so I picked up the phone [what a novel idea] and spoke with Jeff - I was up and running in a couple minutes. Jeff was a big help.
While on the phone with Jeff, I decided to ask him questions about all the negative reviews.
YES - this app allows you to use more than one vehicle.
The app is a little glitchy, but Im sure you guys will figure it out. When you do, I will happily give you five stars.
One thing I really dislike - having pay a $1 service charge to use the app. I already have to pay for parking, but I have to pay an additional service fee every time I use the app? Why?
