Wish I could give zero stars!

So I try to open the app today to find it just takes me to a more info screen. Unlike every other developer in the world the city of Calgary decides to just orphan their app in the store and make a new one. Smart idea guys! And not adding any info to this effect in the abandoned app must have taken a month of meetings to decide on.
Hope I didnt get a ticket while downloading and setting up the new one.
